This place has it all..

Rhodes opened it's brand new state of the art library last week. I went there tonight and it is just beautiful. Lots of reading rooms. Rooms with the newspapers. And internet access. The days here are hot. Probably in the high 80s or 90s. Actually when I travel I am cooler than most of my colleagues, who don't have air conditioning in their cars. Then in the afternoon it drizzles and then is cooler in the evening. Very tropical. As part of my new diet I now have a salad in the evening. Tomatos cucumbers and carrots with Kathy's informal dressing. I then move on to a dessert which I am particularly enjoying. Fresh peeled lychees in yogurt. For those who are not kosher, you can if you wish sprinkle the dessert with biltong flakes or wine gums Just delicious. At any rate its not difficult to make, which of course is the criterion. Because of the biltong addition this is not considered a SOMA recipe, but you don't have to use biltong.
