Yesterday was just magnificent. The meditation was held at the home of poet Robert and Mindy Berold, arranged by Jane Burt, trained in mindful meditation. The day was clear and the ambience just right. A couple of hours of meditation in the morning then vegetarian lunch prepared by Robert's wife Mindy then in the afternoon a little more meditation practice and a wonderful walk to a lake on their property. My kind of day. Robert gave me a book of his recent poems which are just wonderful and which some many of us can relate to. Jane Conroy, thank you for being so responsive to my shout out for Edwards material. Diana, e mailed me to let us know today, "Mom and Dad got married. Love you all."
