For those who are complaining about not enough news, classes begin here on Monday and the students are returning. There was a cocktail party for graduate students in the Masters Journalism program a few minutes ago, which was just great. Students studying from all over Africa here. All with interesting personal stories, smart and trying to apply their talents to improving this continent by understanding the role the media is and should play in these societies.
