Saving our Martin from Biltong Overdose SOMBO

I am instituting a column beginning today called "SOMBO RECIPES"....There has been huge concern from my readers that I might overdose from overeating biltong. So I am inviting key members of my community of readers to write up a SIMPLE recipes I CAN FOLLOW that I will publish under the heading "SOMBO RECIPES." The person, who submits, will be identified simply by their name and location. The first recipe that will be posted hopefully by later today will be "Insalata Katrina" and it comes from Kathy of Paris. It is a simple salad. Dov had mentioned he has another salad recipe for me. I am hoping to receive those instructions by Monday....and so on. I am hoping to get a contribution also from Joan of St. James; Diana of New York; Ann of New Jersey; David of Diemers; Dov of Newlands; Tammy of Memphis, Denny of Wynberg. When you are ready to submit, please just warn me. Obviously more than one recipe a day won't work. Again simplicity in ingredients and preparation will be the only way this will work, because I am limited.
